More Info.When you purchase an application you are not buying anything but it’s code. It’s like the ‘score’ of the program developers are building. Without this you won’t be able to take it to other developers if you don’t like the work that is being done. I would negotiate this right at the beginning of the project, making very clear that you want to have access to the source code you are buying through the entire development process.
